These Terms of Use govern your use of Since, provided by Agencija za specijalizovani dizajn Nudge. By downloading or using Since, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

You may use Since for personal, lawful purposes. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits.

Since, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Since. We aim to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Since is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is a personal time-tracking tool and should not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Since. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may revise these terms as Since evolves. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
