Privacy Policy

How OnCue handles information and protects your privacy.

Effective September 1, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how OnCue, provided by Agencija za specijalizovani dizajn Nudge ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the OnCue iOS application and related support services.

This starter draft assumes the first release does not require an account and does not include advertising or third-party analytics. Update this policy if the shipped app behaves differently.

Information in the app

Reminder labels, schedules, confirmation history, and preferences you add to OnCue are intended to remain on your device. OnCue may request permission to deliver local notifications and alarms; those permissions are controlled by you in iOS settings.

OnCue is not intended to collect health records or diagnose, treat, or monitor a medical condition. Do not enter information you do not want stored on your device.

Support communications

If you email us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device details, and message. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, and improve support.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Support email may be processed by our email provider and retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, meet legal obligations, or protect our rights.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as OnCue evolves. The effective date above will change when a revised version is published.
